What do you mean "embed"?
You go to the video you want to embed you go to the share button near the like and dislike button and the first option you see will be is to embed and you click that and copy the embedded link. You go back to Newgrounds and find the film rail-looking option it's right next to the insert photo button. Then you paste the embedded link and click save then you can play the video without it opening a new window.
